CNC-cut PVC panels, made in Pretoria.
The same panels and corners shutter a column, a slab and a plinth.
Start with the standard panel and corners. More sizes, bracing and complete kits are on the way.

1Panels are cut and drilled on our CNC router in Pretoria, so every hole lines up.
2Stand the panels up and bolt them into walls, corners and plinths with basic hand tools.
3Brace, fix the reinforcing and pour. The ribbed panels take the pressure.
4Unbolt, wash and stack the panels for the next pour. The concrete keeps a clean, even face.
Each panel is a ribbed PVC box, not a flat sheet: a smooth face backed by stiffeners. One person carries a panel, two people build a wall. No crane on site.
Panels and corner pieces share the same hole pattern, so they bolt together in any direction: plinths, foundations, walls and columns from the same kit.
PVC doesn't soak up water, swell or warp, so the face stays flat and smooth from one pour to the next. No release oil needed.
Unbolt after the pour, hose the panels down and stack them for the next job. Formwork that stays an asset, not a cost.

No flatbed, no crane. Load the panels by hand, strap them down and drive to site.

Our first panels went straight onto a mine: the foundation and wall of a retaining wall for Anglo American, in 2025.

The foundation shutters were bolted together on the ground, the wall forms went up against the scaffold, and the panels were stripped and reused down the length of the wall.

Cut in Pretoria, on our own CNC router.
We draw, nest and cut every panel in-house, from the bolt holes to the handles to the name on the face. That's how we keep the hole pattern exact and the lead times short.
